Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.

If cancellation is requested within the first 3 business days and no work has begun, payments made may be eligible for a full refund.

✨ Work in Progress 

If work has already begun, including but not limited to:

• design creation (websites, billboards, branding materials)
• campaign setup or scheduling
• strategy development

fees are non-refundable, as time and resources have already been allocated.

✨ Billboard & Campaign Services 

For billboard and advertising campaigns:

• Once a campaign is scheduled or ad space is secured, payments are non-refundable
• Ad budget and placement costs cannot be reversed once confirmed

Legacy Visionaires Enterprises does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. All services are based on strategy, guidance, and individual implementation.

By purchasing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
